I woke up feeling fine and later in the morning did a quick 20 min on the elliptical.
At 3 we went to a wedding. I felt a few sizzly episodes during the late afternoon, but I couldn't easily take recordings during the wedding and reception. However, I felt pretty good overall.
I was able to get a couple of recordings at home. I was having the sizzly feeling along with some pounding. And a weird new thing is that I felt like the pounding was in my throat as well. 823pm 847pm
I had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep Sunday night. 1209am 1215am 345am
