Had some pretty intense palpitations while I was at daily Mass today 1230pm and a few more mild ones while I stopped for groceries. 118pm
Had some mild palpitations around 330pm 324pm
Then just before 400pm the palpitations increased in frequency and intensity. By 430pm I was getting tired. Kardia tagged all these as "unclassified."

By around 5:00pm they had stopped.
More palpitations and some chest pain as I sat down to dinner at 6:30. They lasted until 6:55. Kardia tagged this one as "unclassified." 637pm
