I went through the early part of the day feeling fine with only the mild chest pains and tightness again. However, in the afternoon I had frequent palpitations for about an hour.

First, my heart rate went up for no reason:  306pm

Later while I was reading, my heart rate went up again, and I had pounding and palpitations:  435pm

Palpitations stopped, but my heart rate stayed around 90 for 5 minutes, then the palpitations started again:  444pm   509pm   

Here, the palpitations had stopped, but my heart rate stayed up (while sitting and reading) for a little longer:  543pm
